ACCEPTABLE TERMS of USE

liandra.net strictly enforces you("User") with it's acceptable terms of use. You agree to maintain your website in full compliance with these terms set forth below. Failure to comply would cause for immediate suspension and possible termination of service.

You agree that :

1. You ("User") will not engage in any activity that could overwhelm the server with heavy CPU usage or heavy resources usage, including without limitation, use of highly active CGI or PHP scripts or chat scripts. You ("User") acknowledges that the service provided on a shared server.
2. You ("User") will not include content, or internet links to content on the Site that contain, promote or involve in any of the following :

• any infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right;
• hate propaganda;
• racist, threatening, or otherwise abusive content;
• child pornography;
• the promotion or incitement of, or instruction for, the commission of illegal activities;
• mail fraud, multi-level marketing (pyramid) schemes or any other fraudulent activities;
• spamming;
• any sort of mass mailing where our server is used as the source of mail;
• warez, cracks, hacks, spam software, exploit, and any other material contain fraudulent information (such as : credit card numbers list, password list, etc);

3. You ("User") agree that liandra.net is not responsible for any content on pages hosted on member sites and acknowledge that liandra.net does not endorse or verify any such material.
4. You ("User") agrees to assume full responsibility for all files associated with the Site and acknowledges that User may be held legally for the contents of the Site. This includes but is not limited to violations made by your friends/relatives/hostees and server compromises due to insecure scripts you are running.
5. You ("User") is solely responsible for creating backups of any files associated with the Site and for monitoring the Site.

Domain Name Services

Liandra Tech provides Domain Registration service. You have total control of your domain name through our Custom Domain Control Panel. Liandra Tech is not responsible for any misuse of your ("User") Domain Name. Liandra Tech is not responsible for any Domain Name hijacking because of weak password you ("User") chose for your Domain Access Control Panel. Liandra Tech shall not be held responsible if your domain name dropped because you did not renew your domain name before it's expiration date.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

liandra.net have the right to immediately terminate or suspend your service in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials received from liandra.net
In the event of a breach of this Agreement by you, liandra.net is not required to provide you with any backups of your account. A $50 retrieval fee will be charged should you need us to provide you with a backup of your account which was suspended.

PAYMENT FOR DOMAIN REGISTRATION

All payment for domain registration are non-refundable.
